Ruben Saier graduated from the University of London in 1979 with a BS in Physics. He has 25 years of experience with Schlumberger, which recruited him out of college.Ruben spent his early field years in the North Sea, where he contributed to the development of large multi-offset seismic data acquisition techniques. He has held various senior line management, business development and general management positions in Europe, West Africa, Asia and North America. Ruben joined Repsol YPF as General Manager for Venezuela in 1998. He later became VP of Exploitation for the Indonesia & Malaysia Business Area. Ruben returned to Schlumberger in 2001, joining the London headquarters of the Integrated Project Management segment. He joined Galathea in March 2007. |

Curtis Huff co-founded Intervale Capital, Galathea’s investment partner, on the success of Freebird Partners, a similar investment firm he launched in 2002. Curtis has more than 10 years of operating and financial experience in public oilfield services and in private equity.Prior to beginning his private equity career in 2002, he spent five years in senior executive positions in the oilfield services sector. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Grant Prideco. Before that, he served as Executive VP and CFO of Weatherford International. Curtis was also Partner at Fulbright & Jaworski, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, and in securities law. Curtis earned a BA and a JD, with honors, from the University of New Mexico, and an LLM from New York University. He is a former Chairman of the Texas Business Law Foundation, and serves as a Director at Patterson-UTI Energy, a drilling services provider. |

Jennifer Wagner joined Galathea Group in March 2006. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and benefits consulting and management, the past 20 in the oilfield services and manufacturing industry. Jennifer has mainly focused on developing and managing benefits and compensation, and on due diligence and transitioning for mergers and acquisitions.Before joining Galathea, Jennifer was Senior Manager at Grant Prideco. She was responsible for corporate HR, benefits and payroll. Prior to that, Jennifer was Manager of Benefits with Dailey International, where she helped develop, streamline and implement benefits administration programs and processes. Jennifer was also directly involved with integrating employees of acquired companies into their new parent organization. Jennifer graduated with a BS in Mathematics from the University of Texas. |

Bill Brock, Jr. has held managerial, consultant and executive positions for E & P operators and E & P service and supplier companies for more than 30 years.Bill helped integrate Maxus/YPF/Repsol/CNOOC operations through change management and supply chain operations in North America, South America, Spain and Indonesia, and Tyco Valves & Controls in North America and China. Prior to joining Galathea in August 2007, Bill spent five years in Shanghai developing an International Purchasing Organization and Low Cost Country sourcing relationships for a Fortune 500 company. Bill graduated with a BBA in Management from the University of Texas. He also studied graduate international economics and finance there. He develops and implements the global sourcing and technology transfer strategy for Galathea. |
